What can I expect from the Original Body Fat Loss program?

Based on my own journey to change my body and to get rid of the stubborn fat I have created this program to help you achieve the same results.

In this program you will be transitioning from burning primarily glucose (sugar) for fuel to burning fat for fuel including ketones.

This program will give your body metabolic flexibility which means your body will be able to shift from burning carbohydrates to burning fat efficiently.

I often get the question if someone that does not eat meat will benefit from this program. The short answer is no.

In summary, we will explore how to transition away from relying on carbohydrates as your body's primary energy source.
